I have talking here and there about creating my business plan for next year. This is one part that I actually enjoy working on....planning. If you are crafting and selling for the pure enjoyment - you most likely do not need a business plan.
Who needs a business plan?
Anyone selling online, hoping to run and sustain a viable business.
In the next few days I am going to offer some advice about starting a simple business plan.
